The chalet is located on a plot (residential zone) of 1'232m2 and offers 4 bedrooms in total, of which 2 have an en-suite bathroom.
On the ground-floor you will discover a generous living room with an open fireplace, a separate kitchen with a semi-separate dining-room, on office space and a spacious double bedroom with its bathroom.
On the first floor you'll find the main entrance, an office space and storage, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which en-suite). There is a separate huge (!) storage space (former garage) and outside parking facilities.
The modern double garage was built on the neighboring plot (so called "green zone") which offers a total of 1'298 m2. Under the garage there is an independent studio (with bathroom) totaling approx. 35m2.
An aspect worth noting is the stunning terrace (south oriented) and the spacious garden (with a vineyard tended by a local winemaker), which is accessible from virtually all sides of the house.
The chalet was wholly refurbished with taste & respect towards our traditional craftsmanship (partially with antique wood) and a particularly good sense of organization, back in 2010.
